REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Cancellation within 72 hours before appointment will be charged 100%.

A full refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 72 hours before an appointment and cancellations due to unforeseeable circumstances.

Cancellations will only occur due to bad weather conditions, mechanical failure and satisfactory upgrade options are not available. Coastguard restrictions and enforcement of new laws prohibiting the charter from going ahead are included.

Re-scheduling of an appointment is only permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Per session a re-schedule is permitted once only.

The Charterer has the right to cancel free of listed charges above if any of the following occur:

Weather is deemed unsafe, or a warning has been issued by the coastguard.
H&S WATER SPORTS L.L.C failed to provide an agreed operation aspect of the charter on the day of the charter.

Cancellations must be confirmed by the client prior to the charter time lapsing.

H&S WATER SPORTS L.L.C Captains orders are final & guests should adhere to that. Instances of anti-social or reckless behavior etc. may result in early termination of your charter without any refund.

“United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.

Visa and MasterCard will be accepted in AED currency.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

Upon payment you will receive an email confirmation about the services you have paid for. The confirmation will be within 24 hours of payment.

Refunds will be made only if the terms within this policy are met, and this will be through the original mode of payment.

Customers using the website who are Minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
